As an Apple At-Home Advisor, you'll support the products that have made Apple the iconic technology company that it is. Working from home, you'll be part of a virtual team that takes calls from our customers. You'll be the expert on our most popular products, which will make you pretty popular with our customers, too.

You've got the goods.
You've probably already got what it takes to do the job. And what you don't, Apple will provide for you in the form of comprehensive training. If you're a currently enrolled student with a GPA of at least 2.7 and the ability to work full-time over the summer and part-time for 16 hours a week or more during the school year, you're on your way. And if you are tech savvy and customer service focused and you have good communication skills and an ability to work independently, then it's time to consider joining the team at Apple.
